Iv been taking vivanmn now for 3 weeks, People have commented on my hair looking thicker and Iv certainly noticed my nails are much stronger. Im hoping my energy levels will increase too! So far so good!

I’m 3 weeks into taking this. I definitely felt a bit of a lift in energy after week 1, but subsequent weeks haven’t been quite so remarkable. This may be down to other factors so I’m keeping consistent with it, using the app and following some of the other life tips. I’ll check back in a few more weeks when I have more data!

Loving these capsules , Feeling more awake in the mornings & actually able to get up and exercise before work again. Really flushes you out aswell like so that helps with the weight but watch you don’t get caught short lol

I must admit I was sceptical given I’d first seen the product on an Instagram add, but I’m so glad I went for it! I feel like I have so much more energy even just after a couple of weeks of taking these. No evening slump after being up early, and it’s even easier getting out of bed in the morning. Definite boost in energy levels from 2 weeks in. After a busy day at work I still have plenty of energy left in the evenings for activities, house jobs, and socialising. Can’t comment on the anti-aging effects yet but a noticeable boost in stamina is very welcome. I can usually get to sleep within a few minutes of going to bed but after about a week in I did struggle for 2 or 3 nights to drift off. This soon returned to normal though and I’m straight out 😴

I have been taking NMN for 2 weeks and I can honestly say My energy levels have gone up and my mind feels clearer, ie no brain fog.
